You will receive our confirmation call /whatsapp within 24 hours after order made. If not, please don’t hesitate to contact us by call or email.
Your order will be cancelled when :
a) We cannot get your confirmation.
b) We do not receive your payment or payment proof within 48 hours after order made.
Orders with payment received before 12:00 afternoon are normally shipped out same business day (Mon to Fri), else it will shipped out on next business day. Delivery is usually next working day after posting, some outskirt areas requires 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Delivery time may be longer especially during long holiday like CNY or Hari Raya.
Normally customer will receive the order within 2 – 5 working days (For West Malaysia).
Always refer to the Shipping Fees as stated in the shopping cart. Price vary based on the weight of product.
Indoor water filter:
We will use courier service to send customer’s order. Installation can be arranged (contact our hotline) if you needed.
Outdoor water filter:
For Klang Valley and Penang, our customer service will contact customer by call/whatsapp to confirm the delivery and installation.
For Other West Malaysia area, our customer service will contact customer by call/whatsapp to confirm the delivery. Installation service will not be included.
For East Malaysia, delivery and installation are not available. Anyway, customer can always contact us for enquiries.
